PT. Computer Automasi Digital SOLUSINDO aims to play a major role in the growth demand of technologically advanced telecommunications service,
increase the country’s telephone density and continues to expand modernize network for domestic and international communication,
high-speed data transmission, high performance packet switching service and private networking.
The recent explosion in telecommunication and Internet usage has brought with it a new form of network society (or "e-society") that depends on a wide range of information being exchanged over global networks and large volumes.
The consequent use of information technology (IT) by individuals, families, schools, businesses and governments is producing new communities and service that will have an enormous impact on our current social, economic, and industrial structures.
PT. Computer Automasi Digital SOLUSINDO is working to develop optimum solutions for each type of user in the coming e-society.
1. ACCOUNTING and TAXATION STAFF
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor (S1) degree of Accounting.
- Female, max 35 years old.
- 1 years of working experience in similar position.
- Having experiences in the multinational manufacturing company would be an advantage.
- Maintains appropriate accounting records in order to comply with external and internal rules.
- Excellent knowledge in accounting operational transactions and taxation.
- Have certificate in taxation (brevet A and B).
- Having knowledge in budgeting and forecasting process would be an advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft-Office and Accounting programe, preferable has SAP experience.
- Good analytical thinking, Attention to details, Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature, Committed finish the task, and capable of - achieving goals set by higher Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate.
2. Staff HRD Recruitment

REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, max. 30  years old
- Min. S1 Degree in Psychology
- Min. 1 year experiences at the same position.
- Experiences handling job fair and walk in interview would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring,interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
3. Staff HRD Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Background in marketing or management preferred
- Having at least 1 years of work experience
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Dynamic & Self motivated
- Able to work in a team and high pressure environment
- Customer service oriented, a self-starter and mature
4. HR Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female/Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree any discipline from reputable university.
- Prefer having minimal 1 years experience as HR Supervisor in Telecommunication or Outsourching Company
- Proven leadership skill to manage an organization
- Having experience in traning and people development
- Good understanding of government policy
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team
- Have a strong negotiation skill and analytical problem solving
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
5. Legal Staff
REQUIREMENT :
- Female/Male,
- S1 in Law
- Good understanding of government policy
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
6. Payroll Staff
REQUIREMENT :
- Female,
- Bachelor degree any discipline from reputable university.
- Prefer having minimal 1 years experience as payroll
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team
- Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate (excel)

Preferable stay in the Grogol area.
