certification. Due to our rapid growth we looking for dynamic person to join our
team as :
Supervisor Lifting Equipment
In this role, your main responsibilities and capabilities will include :

Responsibilities :
· Supervise operational Lifting Equipments (cranes, forklift, lifting
appliance, lifting gear, etc) in company
· Familiar with lifting inspection, relevant standard, rules and
specifications (government regulation and international standards/codes).
· Ensure The lifting equipment to work optimally
· Motivate and develop team
· Initiate, recommend, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and
actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating Lifting
Equipment.
· To lead a team of technicians and operators to make lifting equipment
work optimally
· In charge of the daily operational efficiency the lifting equipment
Requirements :
· Male & Max. 35 Years Old
· S-1 in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline) with a
solid background in crane and lifting equipment inspection
· At least 2 years working experience as lifting equipment supervisor
· Good communication skills
· Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Possess a strong leadership, organization and problem solving skills.
